Grandma’s recipes are truly the best, whether they’re dessert or bread, the taste just never fails to amaze. One of my favorites probably would be yeast rolls, perfect with any spread and filling. This tasty and fluffy bread is not only easy to make but also budget-friendly. It only requires a few ingredients which most you already have on your shelves for sure. This recipe of yeast rolls I found on YouTube by Ken Click is identical to what my Grandma always makes us.
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, pour the warm water, sugar, and rise yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to activate the yeast. Pour the whole milk, add kosher salt, and cooking oil, then give it a good stir until well combined. Add the all-purpose flour, then fold and mix until incorporated.

Step 2
Flour a clean and flat surface, then transfer the dough onto it. Fold, knead and roll it into a ball, add flour as needed. Grease a large mixing bowl with cooking oil, then transfer the rolled dough onto it. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour, then punch it down several times to release the air. Then, cover it again and leave for its 2nd rise at about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Take the dough, punch to release air, then knead and cut into 12 pieces evenly. Shape and roll each one into a ball, then place them on a greased baking pan. Cover and let it rise for the 3rd time for about 45 minutes. Then, bake it in a preheated 370°F oven for 15 to 17 minutes. Brush the top with melted butter, then serve.
