Ingredients:

  • 2 cups King Arthur Italian-style all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp King Arthur pizza dough flavor
  • 1 1/4 tsp table salt
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 1/4 cups marinara sauce

Directions:

Step 1

Add 2 cups King Arthur Italian-style all-purpose flour, 2 cups King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour, 1 1/4 tsp table salt, 2 tsp instant yeast, and 1 tbsp King Arthur pizza dough flavor in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Next, add 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water and 2 tbsp olive oil. Continue to stir until dough forms. Once dough forms, knead it for a minute or until smooth. After this, oil a container, transfer the dough into it and put it in the fridge for four to twenty-four hours.

Step 2

Next, spread 2 tbsp olive oil on a baking pan, then stretch the dough all the way to the edges of the pan. Once done, let it rest for 30 minutes. After this, sprinkle 3 cups of shredded mozzarella over the dough, then dollop 1 1/4 cups marinara sauce. Place it in the oven at 500 degrees F and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Allow it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
