Place a saucepan over medium-high heat and drizzle oil. Sauté the garlic, turmeric, and ginger until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
Pour the chicken stock or low-sodium chicken broth and let it come to a simmer.
Add the angel-hair pasta and cook for a minute less than per package instructions.
Add the shredded chicken and cook for 1 minute. Once done, remove from heat.
