I love garlic roasted potatoes. I love cooking in general and the key for potatoes would be seasoning them up. In this recipe by AnitaCooks, is fast and easy. In my opinion, cooking is not hard at all, especially when it comes to potatoes. A lot of my friends have asked me for help, and it’s the matter of trying things out whether you fail or not. When it comes to potatoes, you just throw them in the oven and let it cook on its own. I’ve picked up a few tips from Anita that I never thought about such as roasting the garlic and making a garlic butter sauce to put on top in the end. I usually season and mix everything in the process of it being cooked. I think having fresh herbs and garlic added in the end would smell great and flavorful.
First, heat the oven to 425 degrees. Peel your potato skins off. Cut up and chop your potatoes into wedges or cubes. I like to keep my potato skins on so there’s a little crisp from the skin.
Next, season your potatoes with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grab your head of garlic and cut the top off so the cloves are exposed. Let everything bake for 20-25 minutes and flip them over. Once everything is flipped over, bake them until their golden brown. Smash the garlic into a paste and create the garlic butter parsley sauce.
Overall, this roasted garlic potatoes recipe by AnitaCooks has a beautiful golden color and looks tasty!
