Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 head medium garlic, minced
- 2 cups baby potatoes
- 2 cups champignon mushrooms, fresh or canned
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (1/2 tsp if dried)
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (1/2 tsp if dried)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper (optional)
Directions:
Step 1
Parboil 2 cups of baby potatoes in water with soy sauce. In a pan, add some oil and 4 tbsp butter. When the butter melts completely, saute the minced garlic until tender, then add the parboiled potatoes and cook until slightly browned.

Step 2
Once the potatoes have been browned, add the mushroom and cook until browned. Season everything with 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, 1/2 tsp dried basil, and 3 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well.
