This garlic mozzarella cheese bread by Nino’s Home is a mouthwatering recipe that you should definitely try. I was surprised with how this turned out – it was incredible! It’s cheesy, garlic-y, buttery, and super soft. I shared it with my family, and they kept telling me to make it again. If you want to make this at home, read on or watch the video below.

In a big mixing bowl, combine bread flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, egg, and milk. If you have a stand mixer, knead the dough for about 15 to 20 minutes using a dough hook. If you don’t have one, mix well until a dough forms using a silicone spatula. Transfer it to a floured surface and put some flour into your hands. Knead it for 15 minutes until you can stretch out a thin layer of dough.
Add the unsalted butter in the middle of the dough and continue kneading for about 5 to 10 minutes. Form it into a ball and let it rest for about 45 to 60 minutes. Place it inside the oven(turned off) and put a boiling bowl of water inside. After that, place it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of green onion, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1/8 cup of unsalted butter, and 1 egg yolk. Combine all the ingredients and set aside.
Get the dough and press to remove the air inside the dough. Form it into a circle 9.8-11 inches in diameter. Make sure not to make it too thin.
Spread some butter on a bread knife and cut squares. Remember to cut it deeply for the cheese. Deepen the cuts using a wooden spoon then brush the butter-garlic mixture.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into strip slices and place them between the cuts. Make sure to push the cheese deep.
Place inside the oven and bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.
