If you are a bread and cheese lover like me you are going to love this garlic mozzarella cheese balls recipe by Ninik Becker on YouTube. These cheesy bread rolls make me so hungry I can barely look at them, lol. I really have wanted to make some homemade rolls like my grandma used to make because I will never forget the smell of her kitchen while she was baking bread rolls, there is nothing on Earth like it. I always thought that bread rolls making were difficult, but as I watched this tutorial by Ninik, my view on the subject completely changed. I really feel like any beginner could make this recipe.

Ingredients For 16 Cheese Balls:

The Roll Recipe:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules (powder)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
