This homemade garlic dinner rolls recipe by Smokin’ & Grillin’ wit AB on YouTube is made from scratch, and it’s easy to make. Your family members might be surprised that you made them because they look so good. I love dinner rolls, but I would always buy them premade. I think it would be fun making my own rolls because they look so fluffy and soft. You can eat these garlic dinner rolls by making a sandwich out of them or serving it with a dish. I would use the base of this dinner rolls recipe to make for the holidays. It would be nice to make my own rolls for Thanksgiving, and it might seem like a long process but the dough needs to take time to rise.
First, start off by making the garlic dinner roll dough. Watch Smokin’ & Grillin’ wit AB tutorial on YouTube for full instructions and details.
Next, once the dough rises, knead and form into a ball. Cut the dough into even slices and you should come out to 16. Preheat the oven to 425F. Spread cornmeal on the baking pan and transfer the dinner rolls to the pan. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
Brush the garlic butter on top of the dinner rolls once they come out so it can be moist. This would be good to serve with any dinner meal, especially for pasta nights.
