Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces against the grain. Season with all-purpose seasoning on all sides. Set aside.
Thinly slice the mushrooms and give them a rough chop. Cut the stems of the asparagus then slice diagonally into pieces. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a teaspoon of salt. Once boiling, cook the asparagus for 60 to 90 seconds. Then remove them and place them in ice-cold water.
Warm the skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil and garlic-infused olive oil. Once smoking hot, put the steak and press them down. Sear for 1 minute per side until golden brown. Remove them from the pan.
In the same pan add the onion, mushrooms, and 3 tablespoons of butter. Give it a good mix and allow it to cook. Next, add seasoning, red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir them all together then add the garlic and rosemary. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the asparagus into the skillet and beef bouillon. Mix then deglaze the skillet with red wine. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes. Next, add beef broth and bring everything together. Let it simmer again. Once simmering, bring back the steak and add some parsley. Mix and let it cook for another 1 minute. Before serving, add black pepper and cold butter.
