  • steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried herbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Step 1

Cut your potatoes into cubes, then place them in a pot of salted water. While waiting for the potatoes to boil, slice the steak into bite-size pieces. Once done, put them in a  mixing bowl and season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp dried herbs, 1 tsp paprika, and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. After this, add 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp minced ginger, 2 tbsp butter, and 3 tbsp olive oil. Mix, making sure the steak pieces are well coated.

Step 2

Once the potatoes are done boiling, add them to the mixing bowl and mix them in. Next, transfer the mixture to a tin foil, add some pieces of butter, then wrap the tin foil over. Place them in a 375 degrees F oven and bake them for twenty minutes. (Remove the top foil and continue to bake for ten minutes.)
