Instructions:

Step 1:

Peel the mango and slice it into small cubes and thin pieces. Wash the strawberries and grapes. Slice some in half, and slice the remaining ones into thin pieces. Next, peel the oranges. Cut one orange in half and remove the seeds.  For the remaining orange, just separate each piece. You can also cut them into thin slices.

Step 2:

Decorate the walls of the mold with the fruits. Put some in the bottom and some on the round edges. Use the thin slices on the walls as the fruits in half will not stick. Do not put all of the fruits as the others will be mixed with the yogurt mixture later on.

Step 3:

In a small pot, put agar agar or gelatin powder, and sugar, then mix. Pour the water and milk. Stir using a spatula until fully dissolved. Place in medium heat and wait for it to boil. Add the yogurt and mix. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Once done, add the remaining fruits into the pan, and stir all of the fruits with the yogurt mixture. After a few minutes, remove from heat.

Step 4:

Using a ladle, carefully pour the mixture into the mold. You have to scoop the mixture and not pour it directly from the pot so that the fruits on the wall will not fall. Once done, place in the fridge and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Remove from the mold and slice. Enjoy!
