These fried cinnamon crunch cheesecake bites by Tasty are absolutely delicious! These are the kind of treats you can’t stop munching all day. The outside crust is made from crushed cinnamon cereals and the inside is a creamy vanilla filling.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 4 cups of cinnamon crunch cereal
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 4 eggs

Instructions:

Step 1:

In a bowl, add 16 oz of cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix everything until well combined.

Step 2:

Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the mixture and mix again. Whip until it becomes fluffy, then scrape the sides.

Step 3:

Pour 1/2 cup of heavy cream and whip until smooth. Place it in the freezer for about 45 minutes.

Step 4:

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. After 45 minutes, remove it from the freezer. Scoop and place on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure there are spaces between each piece. Once done, place it in the freezer for about 2 hours.

Step 5:

Add 4 cups of cinnamon crunch cereal into a food processor and blend until it becomes crumbs. Place in a bowl.

Step 6:

Crack 4 eggs in a bowl then beat. In a separate bowl, put 1 cup of flour.

Step 7:

Coat the dough balls into flour and shake to remove excess. Dip into the egg wash then into the crumbs. Repeat with the remaining balls. Place them on another baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then freeze for 15 minutes.

Step 8:

Heat a generous amount of oil into a pot. Once the oil reaches 350F, add some of the coated balls, then fry them for 1 minute. Place in a cooling rack to remove excess oil.

Step 9:

Place the cheesecake bites into a plate then dust with powdered sugar on top. Serve with fruits if preferred. Enjoy!
