Most people cook it on Holidays but you can serve it at any gathering or just for dinner or lunch at home. It’s simple, fast, and easy to cook! Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (14 oz each) of cut green beans (drained) or 2 pieces of 9 oz bags of frozen green beans (thawed)
  • 1 (10 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fresh black pepper
  • 1 to 1/3 cups of french’s fried onions

Instructions:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Set it aside.

Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, add 10 oz of cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 cup of milk, and 1/3 teaspoon of fresh black pepper. Stir well using a whisk.

Step 3:

Add the drained green beans and 2/3 cup of french’s fried onion to the mushroom mixture. Fold everything until the beans are well coated with the sauce using a spatula.

Step 4:

Transfer into the prepared baking dish, and spread it out using a spatula.

Step 5:

Add the remaining 3/4 cup of french’s fried onions on top of the green beans mixture and spread evenly.

Step 6:

Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove it from the oven and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Place it back in the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly on the edges. Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
