French toasts are made by soaking the bread slices in the egg mixture and then frying them in the pan until golden. This recipe is different since the bread slices are pressed flat, filled with cream cheese mixture and strawberries, then rolled up. Next, you dip them in the egg mixture and fry them. The taste is a little bit different, but it is equally amazing.
