Easy Chocolate Chip S’more Cookies Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 to 2 cups of chocolate chips
- graham crackers
- jumbo marshmallows (1 per cookie)
- 1 bar of any milk chocolate
How to Make Fluffy Chocolate Chip S’more Cookies
Step 1:
In a large bowl, add dark brown sugar, white sugar, and melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2:
Once combined, add eggs, vanilla, and milk. Whisk well.
Step 3:
In a different bowl, add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Step 4:
Transfer the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Gently mix until well combined.
Step 5:
Add the chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
Step 6:
Add graham crackers on a baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart. Place one marshmallow on each one, then top with a small slice of chocolate.
Step 7:
Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough and form into a disk. Place on top of the chocolate and marshmallow, covering the sides. Repeat.
Step 8:
Bake at 350F for 13 minutes.
