Flavor infused vitamin detox waters are the perfect way to kick start a post-holiday detoxifying cleanup routine. My husband and I ate and drank so much over the holidays, finding these recipes on Youtube was like a Godsend to my husband and I and we couldn’t wait to try them all! The first Healthy Detox Water Recipe we wanted to try was all these delicious looking waters, the ingredients were super simple and the method of making these great vitamin waters could not have been more straightforward. The first one we tried was the Lime, Cilantro, Cucumber Water.
Lime Cucumber Water Ingredients:
- 2 limes
- a few sprigs of cilantro
- 1 large cucumber
- water & ice
Let sit in the refrigerator and infuse for 2 to 5 hours.
Then we tried the Orange Blueberry Water.
Orange Blueberry Water Ingredients:
- 2 fresh navel oranges
- 1 carton of blueberries
- water & ice
Add blueberries and sliced oranges to water and let steep for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Next, we tried the Grapefruit Rosemary Water, we really loved this one!
Grapefruit Rosemary Water Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 Ruby Red Grapefruits
- a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
- water & ice
Peel and quarter your grapefruit and add it to the water, add a few sprigs of rosemary and let steep for 1 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.
Then we tried the Grape Basil Water, this one was so refreshing!
Grape Basil Water Ingredients:
- 1 lime
- one bunch white or concord grapes
- a few sprigs of fresh basil
- water & ice
Slice grapes thinly, slice lime thinly, add to water with a few sprigs of fresh basil. Yummy!!!!
Next, we tried the delicious Watermelon Mint Water.
Watermelon Mint Water Ingredients:
- sliced watermelon
- sprigs of fresh mint
- water & ice
Slice your red watermelon and add sprigs of fresh mint to water let steep in the refrigerator for 1 to 5 hours.
These vitamin-infused health waters are so delicious, I hope you enjoy them as much as my husband and I did.
