This brownie chocolate dessert will cost you a penny, and you don’t have to use eggs and gelatin. Quick and easy. but very delicious as well. Try it and be amazed by the result.

Put the 100 grams of dark chocolate in a bowl and add the butter. mix and melt. Using a small sifter, pour the flour into the melted mixture. Then add in 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Sift all the ingredients together into the bowl of melted chocolate and butter.
Use a whisk to combine the ingredients until the chocolate mixture becomes silky smooth and gooey. Pour in 30–40 ml of warm milk. Whisk again until the mixture is smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into a 10 x 25 cm container lined with parchment paper. Put it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.
Pour 200ml of cream into a measuring mug. Then whisk the cream with an electric mixer until it looks fluffy. Transfer the mixture to a glass bowl. Add in the sugar. Then combine using a spatula.
Put 100 grams of chocolate in a bowl and pour in the warm cream. Then mix both using a spoon in a circular motion until perfectly combined.
Take the microwave brownies and transfer them to a wooden platter. Make sure to peel off the parchment paper. Cut the brownie cake into squares that fit your square bowl. Place your brownie squares in your bowls. Cover the tops with creamy icing. It’s advisable to make the icing creamy and fluffy as well.
Once the brownies are covered with white creamy icing, pour the other chocolate mixture into each bowl, covering the icing thoroughly. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take out the bowls. Decorate the tops with bread crumbs.
