The method Greg uses is a simple one-skillet method that you would use to make a personal grilled cheese, so this recipe is perfect for a dinner for one person. Ingredients:

• Bread
• Butter
• Bacon (Canadian bacon works well, but any bacon will work)
• Onion (small)
• Cheese
• Barbecue sauce (optional)

Directions:

First, you will use a wine glass to cut a hole in your bread, then butter the outside. Then you will thinly slice your onion and start frying it in the skillet or on the griddle with the lovely Canadian bacon, till onions are caramelized and bacon is crispy.
