  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
  • 1/4 cup (50g) non-sugar yogurt
  • 3 & 1/4 tbsp (40g) tbsp powdered sugar

Directions:

Step 1

Greased a heatproof dish all the way to the edge with unsalted butter and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Next, separate 2 egg whites and yolks into different bowls. Set aside. In a saucepan, add 1 tbsp cake flour and a bit of 1/2 cup milk. Mix well until paste forms, then pour the remaining milk and 5 ml vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat and continue mixing it until sticky. After this, add the egg yolks, mix quickly, then remove from heat and strain to remove any lumps. After straining, add 1/4 cup of non-sugar yogurt. Mix well to combine.
