Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of 1¾ cups of Greek yogurt or creamy yogurt
  • 100 grams or ½ cup of sugar, or more depending on the sweetness you want
  • 4 eggs, at room temperature
  • 40 grams or 1/3 cup of cornstarch

Directions:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt or creamy yogurt and sugar, then whisk them together until well combined, and sift over the cornstarch. Continue whisking them together until smooth and combined making sure to scrape the sides and the bottom.

Step 2

Prepare a 7×3 inches springform pan and grease the bottom with a nonstick cooking spray, then crumple some parchment paper, and line the prepared springform pan making sure that there is excess hanging out around the sides.

Step 3

Grease the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray, then pour the batter and place it in a preheated oven. Allow it to bake at 340°F or 170°C for about 35 to 45 minutes, then remove the pan, lift the cake thru the parchment paper hanging out the sides, and allow it to cool down. Serve and enjoy!
