  • Corn on the cob, cut into smaller sizes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Dried oregano
  • Pepper
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt

Step 1

Clean and prepare the corn, then cut it into smaller pieces, and then preheat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Add the corn to the hot oil, then fry until nice and golden brown, and then place them on a baking sheet with a wire rack lined with paper towels to drain off the excess oil.

Step 2

Once the corn has cooled to room temperature, prepare the seasoning, and add the corn to a large mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, pepper, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, and salt until uniform, then sprinkle them over the fried corn, and gently toss them together until evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!
