I love trying different kinds of sandwich recipes and since I make them often, I thought that it might be more inexpensive if I just do the bread myself at home instead of buying from the store. I looked online for a simple and no-fail recipe that I can try, and I found this video tutorial by Bincy Chris on YouTube. I immediately gave it a try and it was surprisingly easy and close to what was shown in the video tutorial, but what made me very happy was how fluffy and yummy it tastes! Try making this now and see for yourself.
Step 1
Into a bowl, add the lukewarm water, honey or sugar, salt, and yeast, then stir them together until the sugar or honey and yeast have dissolved. Add the softened butter and flour, then mix them together until dough forms, and then transfer to a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then set it aside, and let it rise for 2 hours or until it doubles in size. Once ready, lightly flour your work surface, then transfer the dough, degas, and shape into a rectangle as shown in the video.

Step 2
Flatten the rectangle to make it long, then make sure that there are no air pockets inside, roll the dough, and pinch the edges to seal. Place the dough in a greased baking pan, then cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for about 70 to 75 minutes. Once done rising, remove the plastic, then put the bread inside the preheated oven, and let it bake at 350°F for about 32 to 35 minutes. After baking, unmold the bread, then place it on a wire cooling rack, and let the bread cool down completely. Brush the top of the bread with butter, then slice, serve, and enjoy!
