If you are craving some ice cream but don’t want to commit to waiting a lot of hours for it to freeze, then try this recipe by Emma’s Goodies on YouTube! This requires no machine, no freezer, and no waiting because you can have ice cream in an instant. You only need about 5 ingredients, two easy and simple steps, and this tutorial. Ingredients:
- 300g or 1¼ cups of cold heavy cream
- 180g or ¾ cup of cold milk
- 100g or ½ cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 25g or 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
To shake the bag with
- 4 cups of ice, per bag
- ½ cup of salt
Directions:
Step 1
In a tall or large glass, mix together the heavy cream and milk, then transfer it to a measuring cup, and add the vanilla and sugar. Stir them all together until well combined and incorporated, then transfer and divide them into two, and add incorporate the cocoa powder to one of the mixtures until uniform.

Step 2
Pour each mixture into separate Ziploc bags, then seal them well, and place each of them inside bigger Ziploc bags. Turn them into ice cream one at a time, when you’re ready to shake them, add the ice and salt inside the bigger bag, then wrap them in a cloth, and start shaking them for a few minutes until they come together and become soft ice cream.
