This easy and tasty recipe by Ninik Becker on YouTube is a perfect appetizer or snack idea! Even if you don’t like eating zucchini or carrots, you’ll surely have a change of mind after tasting these delicious fritters. What’s even better is that they are pretty inexpensive and use only a few ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen.
Step 1
Wash the veggies well and peel their skins off, then start grating them. Grate the onion as well and transfer them into a large mixing bowl once done. Season them with salt, black pepper, and turmeric powder to taste. You can also use whatever seasoning you have available or you prefer. Stir them together until they are well combined and seasoned.

Step 2
Add in some flour to your veggies mixture and crack a large egg as well. Give them a good mix until fully combined, the egg and juice from the zucchini will moisten the mixture. Once done, heat some oil in a frying pan on a stove over medium to medium-high heat, then fry the fritters in batches, making sure to not overcrowd the pan. Cook each side until they become crispy and turn into a golden brown color. Transfer them into a plate lined with paper towels to drain off excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
