Pat the shrimp dry, then season them with salt and pepper and give them a good toss before setting them aside. Place a large skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the butter, and let it melt while stirring occasionally until it starts to turn golden brown. Add the chopped onions, then give it a good toss letting it cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until soft and translucent, and add the garlic.

Saute them for 30 more seconds until fragrant, then add the shrimp in a single layer, and allow them to cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the shrimp over letting the other side cook, then add some chicken stock or wine, and scrape the browned bits at bottom of the pan. Let it cook until the sauce has reduced, then add the lemon juice, crushed red pepper, parsley, salt, and pepper, and give them a good stir until well combined before removing the pan from the heat. Serve it immediately along with your favorite dish and enjoy!
