This super yummy taco-flavored spaghetti is easy to make and requires only a few simple ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen, you can swap and modify the ingredients to your liking. Step 1
Place a large pan on a stove over medium heat, then place the ground beef, and start breaking them. Cook them until brown and halfway done, then add the diced yellow onion, and taco seasoning. Make sure to not drain the beef, then stir them all together until the seasoning is evenly distributed to the beef, and allow it to finish cooking. Pour in the salsa, then add the spaghetti breaking them in half, and pour the water.

Step 2
Give it a gentle stir, then turn up the heat from medium to medium-high heat, and cover it with the lid. Let the spaghetti cook for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Stir in the Velveeta cheese and continue stirring until it has melted. Turn off the heat, then add the Mexican cheese, and stir them well. Garnish it with some cilantro, then serve, and enjoy!
