This yummy pie recipe has been my favorite ever since finding it on the internet, I just can’t get enough of it and I bet you’ll feel the same too. Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of butter, melted
  • ½ cup of all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 2 cups of milk, warm

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease your 9 inches pie dish, and set it aside. Next, grab a large mixing bowl, then add in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla bean paste or extract. Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat together all of the ingredients in the bowl until it turns creamy and puffy and the eggs are light in color. Add the melted butter, all-purpose flour, and salt, then whisk them together until well combined.

Step 2

Now, warm the milk until lukewarm, then pour it into the bowl as well, and whisk them together until well combined and incorporated. Let the pie batter rest for about 5 minutes before pouring it into the prepared 9 inches pie dish. Put it in the preheated oven, then let it bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until the top is nice and golden brown. You can serve this warm or let it cool in the fridge before serving.
