Sauce mixture
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, then season it with salt and pepper to taste, and add the milk. Mix them all together until well combined, then add the chopped onions, and give them a good mix before adding the egg and breadcrumbs. Mix them together until they are sticking together and are easy to shape, then spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray, and preheat your oven to about 400°F. Scoop some of the meat mixture, then roll it between you hands, and place it on the greased pan. Lightly press the to make it compact, then proceed with the rest of the meat mixture, and bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes or more until brown and juicy.

Step 2
While waiting for the meat to cook, prepare the sauce, simply whisk together the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and hot sauce in a small mixing bowl until uniform and well combined. Once the meat are borwned and puffy, trim off the top the flatten, then add some sauce on top, and spread it evenly. Put it back in the oven, then let it bake for a few more minutes to heat the sauce. Now, add the instant mashed potato mix to the bowl of hot water, then mix them together until well combined, and refer to the package instructions for exact measurements. Once the meat is done baking, take it out of the oven, then transfer the mashed potato to the piping bag, and start piping on top of each meat muffin. Garnish it with freshly chopped chives, then serve, and enjoy!
