Ingredients:

  • Any kind of sausage you prefer
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 2 cans of baked beans or pork and beans

Directions:

Step 1

Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some oil, and let it heat up. Slice the sausage, then add them to the hot oil, and give them a good toss until nicely seared. Add the butter for some flavor, then add the minced garlic, stir them together, and continue cooking over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until nice and brown.

Step 2

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, then grease the baking pan with some oil, and pour the baked beans (you can also use pork and beans or use both). Add the cooked sausages, then mix them all together until well combined, and spread it on the pan evenly. You can cover this with aluminum foil if you want, but for an extra crispy top, cook it uncovered. Place it in the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees, serve, and enjoy!
