The ingredients that you’ll need for this sweet treat are very simple and some of them you might already have available in your kitchen. You can also give these truffles as a gift to a loved one. Ingredients for Tiramisu Truffles:

  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp of mascarpone cheese
  • 5 ounces of ladyfingers
  • 1 tsp of coffee
  • 2 tbsp of boiling water
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tsp of powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp of hazelnut chocolate spread or Nutella

How to Make Tiramisu Truffles:

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the coffee and hot water until dissolved, then set it aside, and allow it to cool completely. In a large mixing bowl, add the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar, then fold and mix them until smooth and well combined, and add in the cooled coffee and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Continue to mix them until combined, then crush the ladyfingers until fine crumbs, and mix them into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated. Put it in the freezer, then allow it to freeze for about 30 minutes.

Step 3

Scoop some of the mixture, then roll it into a small ball, or add some Nutella at the center before shaping, and roll it in cocoa powder until fully coated. Put them in the refrigerator, then allow them to chill for at least 2 hours, and serve. Enjoy!
