Cream Filling
Step 1
Lay a plastic wrap on a flat surface, then soak the ladyfingers in coffee, and arrange them over the plastic as shown in the video. In a mixing bowl, add the mascarpone cheese, then beat it until creamy, and add in the egg yolks and powdered sugar.

Step 2
Beat them together until yellow and smooth, then add the mixture to a bowl of whipped cream, and fold them until incorporated. Scoop the cream over the ladyfingers, then spread them evenly, and start to gently roll them over into a log as demonstrated in the video.
Step 3
Secure the ends of the log, then put it in the refrigerator, and allow it to chill for about 3 hours. Once ready, gently remove the plastic, then cover the log with whipped cream, and garnish it with Nutella and roasted almonds.
