Tiramisu is a delicious dessert that is basically ladyfingers soaked in coffee, then layered with cream, and topped with some cocoa powder and/or chocolate. It requires no baking at all and is super easy to assemble, it is also a favorite dessert of my family.

Cupcakes
Frosting
Dusting
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then in a large bowl, add the butter and sugar, and beat them until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, then beat them after each addition just until combined, add the oil, vanilla extract, and buttermilk, and keep beating until combined. Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then give them a good mix until combined, and then set them aside.
Step 2
Line the muffin pan with cupcake liners, then fill them about ¾ of the way full, and place them in the preheated oven. Allow them to bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack, and let them cool. Prepare the coffee, then poke the top of each cupcake with a fork, and pour a small amount of coffee over each cupcake.
Step 3
Allow the coffee to soak into the cupcakes, then in a large bowl, add the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste, and beat them until smooth and combined. Pour in the heavy cream and instant vanilla pudding, then beat them until stiff peaks form, and transfer the frosting to a piping bag. Pipe the frosting over each cupcake, then dust them with cocoa powder, and serve. Enjoy!
