Directions:

Easy kebabs

Cut an empty bottle in half, then find an object that could fit on the bottle and help push the meat through the mouth of the bottle. Insert the ground meat inside the bottle, then stick a skewer into the mouth of the bottle, and squeeze the meat out. Now, you can put it straight on the grill and make more.

Moist and juicy patty hack

Tired of having dry and shrunken patties? Try pressing the center of each patty and putting an ice cube on top of them, then grill the patties as is. The ice cubes will melt onto the patties and will keep the patties moist and juicy, and prevent them from drying out.

Evenly grilled meat hack

If you want cooked meat but don’t want the outer flesh to be burnt, try placing 2 tuna cans filled with wine and herbs on top of your grill, then put the meat above it. The steam that the wine will emit will cook the meat evenly without burning, and add flavor to it as well. After cooking, you can still grill it for slightly charred flesh.

Cheesy stuffed hot dog

Grab a clean paperclip, then use it to scrape off the center of a hotdog removing the whole length in the middle. Stuff that empty space with cheese before grilling them.

Use an onion to clean your grill

While your grill is still hot, cut a piece of onion, then rub it onto the charred grill, and allow the juices of the onion to produce steam that will help remove the burnt bits on the grill.
