When I was younger, my Grandma always made yummy desserts for me and my siblings, and I remember how we would finish a whole serving quickly after it was put on the table. One of my favorites is a sweet strawberry pizza that is so luscious and creamy that one bite just isn’t enough.

Step 1
Mix the flour, melted butter, and nuts in a bowl, then transfer it to a 12-inch round cake pan spreading it evenly, and press it down firmly. Place it in a preheated oven at 350°F, then allow it to bake for about 30 minutes, and let it cool down. Remove the stem of the strawberries, then cut them into round slices, and set them aside.
Step 2
Add the cornstarch to cold water, then stir well, add the Jell-O powder to boiling water, and whisk until dissolved. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the Jell-O mixture while whisking consistently until incorporated, then heat it for about 1-2 minutes, and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and powdered sugar, then beat them over high speed until smooth, add the whipped topping, and continue to beat until combined. Pour it over the cooled crust saving some for decorating later, then spread it evenly, and set it aside.
Step 4
Transfer the washed and sliced strawberries into the cooled Jell-O, then give them a good mix, and put them on top of the cream cheese layer spreading it to the edges as much as you can. Pipe the remaining cream cheese on top and decorate it however you want, put a whole strawberry at the center, and place it in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
