Step 1
In a small saucepan, add the tomato paste, allulose, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, vinegar, and water, then turn the heat to medium, and bring the mixture to a boil.

Let it cook for about 2 to 3 minutes while stirring consistently, then adjust the seasoning to taste, and then reduce the heat.

Now, gradually sprinkle the Xanthan gum, then stir or whisk to combine, and keep stirring or use a handheld mixer until smooth.

Once the mixture has reached the desired consistency, turn off the heat, then remove the saucepan from the stove. and transfer the ketchup into a clean and dry jar.
Step 5
Allow it to cool and slightly thicken, then store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months or more, and serve as desired. Enjoy!
