This strawberry cream cheese pie by Smokin’ & Grillin with AB is the perfect homemade dessert. It’s easy, quick to prepare, and does not require heating up the oven since it’s a no-bake recipe! I love making this dessert for the whole family because it’s delicious and only uses simple ingredients.

This pie has three layers–crust, filling, and topping. You can make the crust from scratch using graham crackers, butter, and sugar, but if you don’t have a lot of time, use a ready-made pie crust. The topping is made from whipped cream and strawberries. If you are not a fan of strawberries, use any fruit you prefer.

For the crust:

Prepare the strawberries. Add the sliced strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle 1/3 cup of sugar. Mix well. Cover and place in the fridge until ready to use.
In a blender, add the graham crackers and blend until it turns into crumbs. Transfer into a bowl.
Add melted butter and sugar. Mix until just combined using a spatula, then use your hands to work the butter in. It should feel like wet sand.
Transfer the crumbs into a pie pan and press flat using the bottom of a glass. Add the remaining to the edges and press with your hands. Flatten the bottom and sides again if needed. Chill in the fridge for an hour.
In a different bowl, add room-temperature cream cheese and mix on low using a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and whisk on low speed. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
While mixing, gradually add the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
Get the pie crust and pour the filling. Spread evenly. Chill for a minimum of an hour to 4 hours.
Once chilled, add whipped cream on the edges. Remove the strawberries using a slotted spoon to strain the juices, then add in the center of the pie. Using a tablespoon, pour a little bit of the juices in the center. Serve and enjoy!
