This dish is so good and so yummy, plus, you can prepare this easily on your stovetop. You can also cook this in larger batches if you want to share it with a crowd and you can also use leftover ingredients for this.
Step 1
Place a 3-4 quart Dutch oven or pot on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the chicken breasts, and pour in the broth. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pot with the lid, and allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes or until cooked through and fork tender.

Step 2
Turn off the heat, remove the chicken breasts from the pot, and shred them using two forks. Transfer the shredded chicken back into the pot of chicken broth, then add the beans, corn, green chiles, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, onion powder, and salt.
Step 3
Cut the cream cheese into cubes, then add them to the pot, and give them a good stir. Cover the pot, then cook them for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Stir everything until the cream cheese has dissolved and is incorporated, then mix the cornstarch and water until uniform, and add it to the pot to thicken the sauce. Serve with your favorite topping and enjoy!
