Step 1
The first thing that you have to do is to remove the skin of the chicken drumsticks, but it’s according to preference, so you can leave the skin on if you like. Next, give them a good rinse with some lime juice and vinegar, shake the excess moisture, then transfer them to a large mixing bowl or container. Drizzle some olive oil, then add the salt, garlic cloves, all-purpose seasoning (optional), honey, and brown food coloring (optional). Toss them all together until the chicken drumsticks are evenly seasoned, then leave them to marinate for about an hour.

Step 2
Once the chicken is ready to cook, place a large pan on a stove over low to medium heat, then add some oil followed by butter, and let it melt before adding the marinated chicken. Let it cook for about 5 to 6 minutes over low heat, then flip the chicken pieces over, and cook the other side for another 5 to 6t minutes. After about 10 to 15 minutes in total, transfer the cooked chicken to a serving plate, then garnish it with either fresh parsley, dill, or coriander if you like, serve and enjoy!
