Directions:

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar, then stir them all together until uniform and well combined, and set the stir-fry sauce aside. Chop the onion, carrots, and broccoli, then set them aside, and start cutting the steak into thin pieces making sure to cut against the grain. Place the cut meat in a large mixing bowl, then add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and cornstarch, then mix everything well together, and place it in the refrigerator covered to marinate for about 2 to 4 hours or until the flavors are all soaked in.

Step 2

Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions, then drain off all the water, and set it aside for later. Once ready to cook, place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat up some oil, and add half the portion of the marinated meat. Spread them in a single layer, then allow them to sear for about 1 minute before turning them over, and sear the other side for another minute. Stir everything together, then transfer them to a plate, and cook the rest of the marinated meat. Set the cooked meat aside, then remove all of the excess burnt bits from the pan, and add some more oil.

Put the cooked steak back into the pan along with the cooked spaghetti noodles, then pour the stir-fry sauce, and turn the heat to high. Toss everything together until well combined, then cook them for about 2 minutes, add the chopped scallions, and toss them again to combine. Turn off the heat, then transfer them to a serving plate or bowl, and serve. Enjoy!
