Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add a pinch of salt before adding in the spinach, submerge them, and allow them to cook for a few minutes until wilted. Take them out of the hot water, then immediately dunk them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process, and then drain off all the water.
Step 2
Transfer the spinach to a bowl lined with a paper towel to drain off the excess water and dry it off as much as you can, then roughly chop them into small bite-sized pieces, and set them aside for later. Place a deep pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then melt the butter, and squeeze the roasted garlic over it.

Step 3
Break the garlic up, then stir it into the butter, add the diced, and saute them until softened. Season them with crushed red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, garlic and herb seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, and chicken bouillon powder, then give them a food stir until incorporated.
Step 4
Add the flour, then stir it in consistently until combined, pour in the heavy cream, and continue to stir until combined and thickened. Once thick, turn off the heat, then add the spinach, and mix them well until the spinach is broken and evenly distributed.
Step 5
Add some diced parsley, then give them a good stir, add the parmesan cheese, and continue to stir until well mixed. Transfer it to a serving dish, then sprinkle more parmesan cheese all over the top along with red pepper flakes if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
