Ingredients for Artichoke Spinach Dip:

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 2 tsp of Ranch dressing mix or onion powder
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 14 ounces of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup of spinach, cooked, drained, and chopped
  • 8 ounces of pepper jack cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces of parmesan, grated

Step 1

Prepare the spinach and cook them as demonstrated in the video, then drain and chop them. Preheat your oven to 350°F, then in a mixing bowl, add the sour cream, cream cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and olive oil, and beat them until combined and smooth.

Step 2

Add the pressed garlic, then give them a good mix, add the artichoke hearts, and fold them in until well combined. Add the spinach, pepper jack cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese, then mix them well, and transfer the mixture to a well-greased baking dish.

Step 3

Sprinkle the remaining half of the parmesan cheese and press 1 garlic clove on top, then place it in the preheated oven, and allow it to bake for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or bread and enjoy!
