  • Cabbage, chopped
  • Bacon strips, chopped
  • Shrimp
  • Sausage, sliced into desired thickness
  • Fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • Tomato paste, optional, for color and thickening
  • Onion, chopped
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Minced garlic
  • Cajun seasoning, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste

Directions:

Step 1

Place a Dutch oven on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the chopped bacon, and cook for a few minutes while stirring every now and then. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers, then give them a good toss before adding the minced garlic, and then continue to stir to combine.
