Ingredients:
- 1 family pack of chicken thighs
- Butter
- 1 large onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Knorr chicken flavoring seasoning
- Slurry (mixture of flour and water)
- Onion and garlic powder
- Oregano, basil, and tomato blend seasoning
Stir-fried pasta (optional)
- Pasta, cooked
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Red pepper flakes
- Cheese
Directions:
Step 1
Place the chicken in a pot, then add water until it’s just above the chicken, then place on a stove, add the butter and sliced onion. Season with salt, pepper, and chicken flavor seasoning, and mix them together until all of the seasonings are blended into the water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat for about an hour or until the water has reduced. Turn your heat to low, then create a loose slurry with a loose consistency, and mix it in.

Step 2
You can also add some potatoes or carrots at this point if you like. Taste the flavor and adjust if needed. Next, add the garlic and onion powder, then add some oregano, basil, and tomato blend seasoning as well. Mix them all together until well combined, then cover, and let it cook for about 4 to 5 more minutes or until cooked through and the sauce is thick. Serve over rice or stir-fried pasta, and enjoy!
Stir-fried pasta
Place a skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some butter and olive oil, saute the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and add the cooked pasta. Give it a good mix until well combined, then add the cheese, and mix once more.
