Not everyone may like raisins but those who do knows how incredibly yummy they taste! You can add them to various kinds of food but one of the best ways to serve them is by baking this delicious twisted bread by Savor Easy on YouTube. Truly delightful, addicting, and so delicious that you’d want to eat them every day.

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the milk, egg, sugar, and instant yeast, then whisk them all together until combined before adding the bread flour and salt, and then fold them together until dough forms. Add the butter, then knead the dough until absorbed, transfer it to a lightly floured counter, and continue to knead the dough for about 8 minutes until smooth.
Step 2
Add some oil to the bowl, then place the dough, and turn it around until coated with oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then set it aside for about 1 hour, and allow it to rise until double in size. Dust the dough with some flour, then punch it to release the gas, and transfer it to a lightly floured counter. Dust it with more flour, then roll it out with its smooth side down, and shape it into a 20×14 inches rectangle.

Step 3
In a separate bowl, add the salted butter, icing sugar, milk powder, and vanilla, then whisk them all together until light and fluffy, switch to a spatula, and then fold them together until smooth. Dollop the filling to one-half side of the dough, spread it evenly, and add the raisins evenly as well. Fold the dough over, then pinch the edges to seal, and dust it with some more flour before rolling it lightly.
Step 4
Cut it into 14 strips, then twist them as shown in the video, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover it with plastic for about 30 minutes, then brush it with eggwash (1 egg + 2 tbsp of milk), and bake it in a preheated oven at 350°F or 180°C for about 20 to 22 minutes. Once done baking, brush it with syrup or melted butter, then serve, and enjoy!
