Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the butter and sugar, then beat them until combined, add the water, vanilla, and flour, and keep beating until incorporated. Add the finely chopped pecans, then mix them until combined and crumbly consistency.

Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out the mixture, roll it into a smooth ball, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper making sure to space them apart evenly.
Step 3
Place them in a preheated oven, then allow them to bake at 300°F for about 16 to 18 minutes, and let them cool completely. Once cooled, roll them in powdered sugar until well coated, then let them chill in the fridge or serve immediately, and enjoy!
