Wash the bell peppers well, cut off the lids and remove all of the seeds, and set them aside. Place a large pan on a stove over medium heat, then add some olive oil. Saute the chopped onion and garlic until lightly brown, then add chili paste and cook until fragrant. Add ground beef to the pan and break it up as you stir until it turns brown, then season it with sea salt and pepper. Once the beef is browned, add peanuts and raisins, then quickly stir and remove from heat.

Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the beef mixture, stir and check if the seasonings need adjustments. Start filling the bell peppers with the beef mixture. Then place the stuffed peppers in the slow cooker and cover with the lid. Peel and cut the potatoes, then place them in between the bell peppers. To make the sauce, simply blend the raw eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the sauce over the stuffed peppers, then cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
