Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 lb chicken breasts (cubed)
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup of water
- 14 & 1/2 oz can chicken broth
- 2 carrots (sliced, about 2 cups after being sliced)
- 2 -3 celery ribs (sliced, about 2 cups after being sliced)
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas (optional)
- 16.3 oz Pillsbury grand biscuits, 8 biscuit-sized can
- more thyme and pepper for the top of biscuits
Directions:
Step 1
Add the chopped chicken breasts, celery, onion, and carrots into the slow cooker. Add 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz of celery soup, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp thyme, 14 & 1/2 oz can chicken broth, and 1 cup water. Mix it all together to combine. Put the lid on and cook for four hours on high or eight hours on low.

Next, cut the biscuits into quarters. After the cooking time is up, add frozen peas into the slow cooker and give it a quick stir. (Frozen peas are optional.) Add the quartered biscuits over the top and sprinkle some thyme and pepper. Cover with lid and cook on high for 45 minutes more.
