  • 1 (20-ounce) bag of 15 bean soup dry beans
  • 1 (12-ounce) package of andouille sausage
  • ½ pound of chicken breast
  • 4 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper

Cut the sausages into small round pieces, then cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces, and chop the veggies. In the pot of a slow cooker, add the chicken, then season them with onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper, and add the sausages, dry beans, chopped celery and onion, and minced garlic. Pour in the water and chicken stock, then lightly mix them together, and put the lid on the slow cooker. Allow the soup to cook on a high setting for about 4 hours, then turn off the heat, and ladle the soup into a serving bowl. Serve and enjoy!
