- Potato
- Rib eye steak
- Olive oil
- Steak rub
- Garlic, minced
- Butter
- Onion, chopped
- Parsley, chopped
How to Make Skillet Steak and Potatoes:
Step 1
Slice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, then soak them in water for about 30 minutes, and set them aside. Slice the rib eye steak into small bite-sized pieces, then add them to a large mixing bowl, drizzle them with olive oil, and toss until well coated. Sprinkle steak rub and keep mixing, then add some oil to a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, and add the steak.
