Step 1
Wash, peel, and devein the shrimp, then place them in a large bowl, and season them with salt, pepper, and paprika. Give them a good toss until well mixed and coated evenly, then cover and set them aside, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. Mince the garlic and chop the parsley, then place a skillet pan on a stove over medium heat, and heat up some olive oil. Add the marinated shrimp and sear both sides evenly, then remove them from the pan, and in the same pan, add the minced garlic.

Saute the garlic, then once fragrant, add the chili flakes, and continue to saute for about 5 to 6 minutes over low heat. Add the butter, then mix them continuously until melted, and then add the salt and lemon juice. Continue to mix them around until the sauce has thickened, then put the seared shrimp back into the pan, and turn off the heat. Sprinkle the parsley, then give them a good toss, and let the remaining heat cook the shrimp through. Serve and enjoy!
